Managing Director
combining high quality business skills honed in the city, with a passion for high-quality property development. His award winning schemes have set a benchmark for quality and professionalism and are characterised by innovative design ideas and attention to detail.
Laura Bayliss
Finance, Sales, HR and Marketing
began her career in the retail industry where she graduated in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. The HR and managerial skills were bought to the company in year 2003.
Greg Zamroczynski
Head Foreman
initially trained as an electrician in Poland. By the time he moved to England in 2001 he ran his own renovation company. He began working for the company five years ago and has helped grow and develop the company and its workforce.
